Final Reflection

30A – Final Reflection
I honestly never considered myself as an entrepreneur. I didn’t think I had what it took to start a business from scratch. While to business I chose to pursue still wouldn’t be started from scratch, thanks to this class I think I have gain some skills that would allow me to be more open to the idea of becoming self-employed. I am by no means a reader, so when I saw we had to read THREE books over this course I was a little nervous about that. I read very slow. I made sure to research my books to make sure I would enjoy them otherwise; I just wouldn’t be able to stick with it. I did end of enjoying these three assignments.
To future students, I would recommend that you stay on top of your assignments. None of them are hard. While some require extra work and effort, they can all be accomplished. Make sure you review what assignments are due the week before they are actually due, that way if you need to take time to read a book or complete a few interviews you won’t have to run around at the last minute doing so.

  1. Hi Sarah,
I agree with the entirety of your post. While I still do not see myself as an entrepreneur I’m glad I took this class and was able to get a lot out of it. Your advice to future students is spot on; the assignments aren’t truly that hard but do require some time and effort so it is better to stay on top of them.
