Valuable – This is valuable to our customers because this
will stop the unwanted telemarketing phone calls.
Rare – There is currently only the one website that I have
heard of that can offer this type of service
Inimitable – This is a government ran website, so copying it
and successfully running it will be hard.
Non-substitutable – Currently I don’t know of another
service being offered like mine.
My top resource is being reliable. Since this service
already exists, but is not managed very well. I will become the reliable
resource to ensure that the unwanted telemarketing phones really are stopped.

ReplyDeleteI would agree that this service is available to everyone since a majority of people do have a cell phone (at least in developed nations). I thought it was interesting that you though your top resource was reliability. It is good to point out that this service already exists because it will force your business to offer something that others do not.
