25A – What’s Next?
Existing Market:
I will offer the service of stopping unwanted telemarketing
phone calls. Many people want to successfully stop these phone calls from
happening, but there isn’t a sure way to do that right now. My venture will
team up with the current running website to offer better management so the
people who are signing up for the service will know their contact information
will be removed from the telemarketers call list.
Since this is a government ran website I’m uncertain of what
product or service we would offer to expand. I have made a plan to start my
exit strategy when I start working with the website. I will start by training
everyone on how to get the customer’s information to the telemarketing
companies. I will then start enforcing the list with the telemarketing company;
meaning if a customer complains that after the 30 grace period they are still
receiving unwanted telemarketing calls we will call that company and inform
them they are no longer able to call them. If the problem continues there will
be consequences of not removing the customer. I will also train my replacement
as I do not plan to work there forever.
